 Jerry Rader, President

Jerry Rader is the President of Corridor Mortgage Group, a leading mortgage lender serving the East Coast region since 2000. Mr. Rader's primary focus has been building a veteran team of dedicated people, committed to serving the home financing needs of Corridor's clients. A commitment to personal integrity and customer satisfaction have been at the center of Mr. Rader's career in the mortgage industry, and these traits are the center of the company he leads. Mr. Rader has been a Maryland resident since 1987 and currently resides in Mt. Airy, MD with his wife and five children. When not focusing on the business, he enjoys reading, biking, water sports, and spending time at Lake Anna with family and friends.

Ron Mason, Senior Vice President, COO

Ron Mason is Senior Vice President of corporate development of Corridor Mortgage Group and Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the company in 2000, he has guided the business to record levels of profitability. Mr. Mason has also been instrumental in the implementation and management of correspondent lending for the company. Prior to entering the mortgage industry in 1993, Mr. Mason taught at the University of Maryland before opening a home improvement and construction company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from California State College and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland. Mr. Mason has served on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the Mortgage Bankers Association, and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Wight Bay Condo Association. Mr. Mason values his clients and works diligently to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their home financing experience.

Tom Hollerbach, Senior Vice President

Tom Hollerbach is a seasoned expert with over 25 years in the mortgage banking and real estate industries. Drawn to Corridor Mortgage Group by its dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Production in April of 2010. He oversees all aspects of the retail production division and is responsible for growing its retail branch network throughout the East Coast and Southeastern United States. Throughout his career Mr. Hollerbach has developed a culture where relationships are more important than individual transactions. A graduate of Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, Mr. Hollerbach has been an active member in the National Association of Homebuilders and the National Board of Realtors. In addition to his profession, Mr. Hollerbach spends his spare time coaching youth lacrosse, golfing, biking and spending time with his family.

Sean McNulty, Assistant Vice President of Operations

Sean McNulty has been in the banking and mortgage banking industries since 1985. He has held positions with Loyola Federal Savings and Loan, Columbia National Mortgage, and National City Bank that gave him great exposure to all areas of the mortgage business. He joined Corridor in January 2010 as Assistant Vice President  of Operations, responsible for the processing, underwriting, closing and shipping of all loans originated. Corridor provided an environment that offered opportunities for growth, supported by experienced personnel with an emphasis on quality and integrity. He is looking forward to further developing and enhancing the important relationship between operations and production. A graduate of Washington and Lee University, he also received his Masters of Business from the University of Baltimore. Mr. McNulty spends his spare time coaching youth lacrosse, watching sports and spending time with his family.
