Our History

Corridor Mortgage Group was founded in 2000 by Jerry and Michelle Rader. With a visionary leadership, Corridor Mortgage Group has successfully anticipated the challenges facing the mortgage banking profession.

2002	Ron Mason an industry veteran joins the Executive Management Team.
2003	Corridor begins the conversion to mortgage banking by adding its first warehouse line.
2005	FHA Direct Endorsement and VA Automatic underwriting test cases are completed such that 99% of all originated loans are underwritten in-house.
2007	Additional warehouse lines are added to facilitate growth.
2008	Warehouse line capacity are increased along with beginning hedging strategies that allow "best execution pricing" so loan originators can maintain a competitive edge and minimize "investor overlays". AOT and mandatory delivery loan sales begin.
2009	In-house Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) compliance without utilizing a national appraisal companies. Net-worth is expanded to levels exceeding amounts suggested by HUD/FDIC FNMA/FHLMC.
2010	Executive Management Team is expanded with the addition of Tom Hollerbach as Sr. Vice President to manage the growth of production, and Sean McNulty to manage growing operations. Corridor Mortgage Group obtains its Seller/Servicer agreement with FHLMC.
2011	Licenses expand into New Jersey with New York, North Carolina and South Carolina pending approval.
