Over 99% of all transactions are processed, underwritten and closed in-house with Corridor Mortgage Group’s own funds, enabling greater flexibility and control in underwriting, pricing, and closing.  Corridor Mortgage Group is also directly endorsed by the Federal Housing Administration, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, the United States Department of Agriculture Office of Rural Development, and other community lending programs such as the Community Development Administration of Maryland and the Virginia Housing Development Authority among others. 

Headquartered in Maryland, Corridor Mortgage Group is a full-service direct lender in seven states.  Virtually all business is generated through referrals from real estate agents, builders, previous clients and other business professionals.  Corridor Mortgage Group has also been appointed as the preferred lender for several professional associations.
