Community Lending Programs

Corridor Mortgage Group is dedicated to serving the home financing needs of low-to-moderate income families and/or first-time homebuyers and offers several Community Lending Loan Programs. 

The purpose of Community Lending programs is to aid in community development and to provide affordable housing for low- or moderate-income individuals. These types of loans can help community development efforts by revitalizing and stabilizing targeted areas. Community Lending Programs are funded by the Federal government and the funds are administered by the State and Local governments.
