Overview and History

Corridor Mortgage Group is a leading independent mortgage banker in the Mid-Atlantic region, committed to serving the interests of each of their clients.  Our staff diligently strives to achieve the best possible results, we measure our success by the outcome of our efforts and the feedback from our customers.  Our staff is drawn to Corridor Mortgage Group by our dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.  At Corridor Mortgage Group we have a positive "can-do" attitude.  Our loan officers, mortgage analysts, and support team are proactive in analyzing customer’s loan applications to ensure the best options are available to our clients.  We work diligently to ensure that the deal not only gets done, but gets done right.   We have many mortgage products to offer, enabling us to find the right loan at the right price for our customer’s particular situation.  The Corridor Mortgage Group team is dedicated to serving in the tradition of excellence that our clients have come to expect.

2000  Jerry Rader founds Corridor Mortgage Group.
2002  Ron Mason an industry veteran joins the Executive Management Team as Sr. Vice President.
2003  Corridor begins the conversion to mortgage banking by adding its first warehouse line.
2005  FHA Direct Endorsement and VA Automatic underwriting test cases are completed such that 99% of all originated loans are
          now underwritten in-house.
2007  Additional warehouse lines are added to facilitate growth.
2008  Warehouse line capacity are incresased.
2009  In-house Home Valuation Code of Condut (HVCC) is added to allow compliance without utilizing a national appraisal
          company.
          Net-worth is expanded to levels exceeding amounts suggested by HUD/FDIC FNMA/FHLMC.
          Decision is made to expand the Executive Management Team and an offer is made to hire Sean McNulty as Vice President
          in charge of Operations.
2010  Changes to the new Good Faith Esitmate (GFE) are managed with minimal upheaval.
          Tom Hollerbach joins Corridor's Executive Management Team as Senior Vice President to manage the growth of
          production.

Corridor Mortgage Group is licensed in Marylland, Delaware, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia and South Carolina (license pending in North Carolina).  With eleven branch offices and nearly 150 employees Corridor Mortgage Group provides an entrepreneurial culture to its managers and loan officers.  The services and benefits provided are:
