Gwyneth is an active member in the Salvation Army and takes pride in participating in community building and human enrichment programs and is a recipient of their Good Samaritan Award. She spent a year devoted to humanitarian trips to the Marshall Islands and Central Mexico, which is an experience that shaped much of who she is today.

While she grew up in Southern California, Gwyneth and her husband, Tyler, and their young son live in Fairfax, Virginia. Gwyneth enjoys bike riding through the beautiful landscapes of Northern Virginia, reading, cooking, crocheting, visiting the beach in the summer & snowboarding in the winter.

Najwa enjoys spending time with her sons and walking through the woods of Reston, Virginia. She has participated on several basketball teams including her college team. Najwa enjoys volunteering and has worked with Literacy Volunteers of America in Long Island, New York.

A longtime member of the Reston, Virginia community, Reggie believes that the first thing in any relationship, whether personal or business, is honesty. From honesty comes integrity and born from that is what Reggie bases his business on--trust. Reggie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. He serves as a board member for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Loudoun County, Virginia. A former player for the Washington Redskins, including playing in two Superbowl games, Reggie enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as extended family. He also spends time speaking to youth in the community about making good choices. Reggie enjoys all sports and watching his daughters participate in swimming and cheerleading activities.

Steven Pearson has assisted numerous homebuyers with conventional, FHA and VA financing. Steven’s expertise lies in his understanding of the Credit Rating System. In 2006 and 2007, Steven participated in the Maryland Association of Realtors Conference as a Certified Credit Smart Trainer and public speaker, teaching consumers how to repair and improve their credit scores.

Along with a degree from George Mason University in Business Administration, Steven is a certified teacher of the Freddie Mac Program “Credit Smart" which is designed to assist consumers in establishing and maintaining their credit worthiness. He has provided extensive training to Real Estate agents on “Credit Smart" and “Bridging the Gap to Affordability" sponsored by the Maryland Association of Realtors.

Steven has a beautiful daughter who attends Rutgers University. He enjoys playing golf and seeing all the latest movies.
